Elena's Asian Market was established in 2012. The market was first tested from home for one full year. Goods were stored in a warehouse and orders were picked and packed primarily for the Philippine community in Cape Breton and on the mainland of Nova Scotia. Once we had a strong following, we expanded the business and established a storefront in the Summer of 2013.

Today, we carry grocery items from many Asian countries. Our goods are all prepackaged-- canned goods, spices, noodles, candies, teas. As well, we have a wide selection of frozen products-- meats, fish, ice cream, coconut milk, grated cassava, and many more.
